摘要：目的讨论骨代谢指标在骨质疏松患者椎体变形中的意义。方法选取我院救治的骨质疏松的患者100例，分为椎体变形组以及椎体正常组，将椎体变形组分为骨密度降低组以及骨密度正常组。结果椎体变形组的N端骨钙素，总I型胶原氨基端前肽，β-胶原特殊序列高于椎体正常组，骨密度降低组的总I型胶原氨基端前肽，β-胶原特殊序列低于骨密度正常组，差别显著(P<005)。结论根据骨质疏松与骨代谢指标的关系推测预测椎体变形以及椎体脆性骨折。
